These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Dream Owly mobile application ("App") provided by the developer ("Developer", "we", "us"). The App offers dream reflection features. Please read these Terms carefully.
Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the App you agree to that Privacy Policy.
You may use the App only if you meet the minimum age required by your region and applicable law. Paid features require that you are able to enter into a binding contract (typically 18+ or whatever your App Store region requires).
The App is for reflection and wellbeing support only. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency or crisis, contact appropriate local services or a qualified professional.
Optional subscriptions or one-time purchases are processed by Apple, Google, and/or our subscription partners. Fees, billing, renewals, and cancellations follow the rules of the store where you purchased. To the extent permitted by law, fees are non-refundable except as required by the store or law.
The App offers a free tier supported by ads served by Appodeal and its partners. On iOS, you may be asked for permission to access your advertising identifier (IDFA) to improve ad relevance; you may decline without losing access to the free tier. Ad content is determined by Appodeal. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is processed.
Subject to these Terms, Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the App or its content except as allowed by mandatory law.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify these Terms or the App. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate (for example via the App or store listing). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
